Welcome to iGPS Location Changer! By downloading, installing, or using the App and its associated services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all terms of this User License Agreement (the "Agreement") and our Privacy Policy.If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease downloading, installing, and using the App.  

1. License Grant & Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with Google Play’s Terms of Service.

- You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.

- You may not rent, lease, sell, or distribute the App to any third party.

- All rights not explicitly granted remain the exclusive property of the development team.

2. Android-Specific Permissions & "Mock Location"

The App provides location-based utility services. To function on the Android platform, the App may require you to enable "Developer Options" and select iGPS Location Changer as the "Mock Location App" in your system settings.

- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for enabling these system-level permissions and for any consequences arising from such settings.

- Platform Compliance: You agree to use these features in strict compliance with the terms of service of any third-party applications or platforms you interact with while using this App.

3. Subscriptions & Billing (Google Play)

The App may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions or in-app purchases.

- Payment Processing: All transactions are processed exclusively through Google Play’s billing system.

- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your Google Play Store account settings.For instructions on canceling, please refer to Google Play’s support documentation:https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.

- Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Google Play’s refund policies.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

- "As Is" Basis: The App and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

- Risk Assumption: You bear full responsibility for all risks associated with using the App.- Liability Cap: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from your use of the App.

5. Personal Information Protection

We attach great importance to the security of your personal information.

- Data Collection: You consent to the collection of anonymized device information, error logs, and usage data solely to improve the App and service quality.

- Privacy Policy: Detailed data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

6. Termination & Governing Law

- Termination: This Agreement is effective until terminated by you (by uninstalling) or by us if you breach any terms.

- Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

- Dispute Resolution: Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
